Q: Is my baby too young to start sleep support?
A: No, sleep support is there to help newborns right up into childhood. The approaches and recommendations are tailored to suit your baby's age.
Q: What approach do you use?
A: We offer a range of approaches on the spectrum. We will recommend atleast 2 to choose from based on what you feel is right for your family.
Q: What if my baby is a preemie?
A: No problem, we will use your baby's corrected age when planning the best sleep plan for you.
Q: Does sleep training mean strict routines?
A: Not unless you are someone who would prefer to follow a routine. If you prefer something more flexible we will build this style into your plan.
Q: Will all naps need to be at home?
A: No, we may suggest some naps happen at home at the start of your support but are keen to get naps happening on-the-go so you can continue living your life.
Q: Can we start sleep training while on holiday?
A: To achieve the best outcome we recommend that sleep support happen when you have atleast 2 weeks where you wont be going on holiday or have many plans.
Q: Can I keep going to baby classes?
A: Yes, let your consultant know about your classes so these can be consider when writing your plan.
Q: I have twins - can you help?
A: Yes, we are able to help support both of your little ones. Contact us directly to find out more about sleep support for multiples.
Q: Will I need to buy anything for my child's room?
A: We may recommend purchasing a low cost blackout blind or white noise machine, if appropriate for you. Click on the Amazon logo at the top of this page for our specialised list.
Q: How long does the process take?
A: It varies depending on your sleep goals and the support package you choose. If you are unsure what to choose, set up a free 15 min welcome call and we will be happy to help.
Q: What if something happens and I need to stop our support?
A: All packages are non-refundable but we will never stop your support without offering you are alternative such as a credit voucher, pause periods and resource packs.
Q: Will sleep training hurt my baby?
A: Absolutely not. We are not in the business of causing harm. All of our support is evidence based and will not cause trauma. More sleep is a good thing and something we all need more of!
