This package includes: - an initial intake form - a 60min initial online sleep consultation - a personalised sleep plan - 10 days of daily WhatsApp support (excl weekends) between the hours of 9am and 5pm ( typically a morning and afternoon checkin) - 2 x 15min support calls to use anytime during working hours during the period of support excl weekends - 1 x 15 min wrap up call to answer final questions - future-proofing pack that includes age appropriate wake windows, suggested routines for your child for the next 12 months and some how to guides such as Nailing on-the-go, dropping naps etc.
